Lionsgate Contractors are looking for a Contracts Manager within commutable distance to Leamington Spa, for a valued client in the flooring industry on a permanent basis.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry - preferably from a fit out/interior background
- Project Management and/or Financial qualifications
- SMSTS or IOSH Certification
- CSCS Black Card
There will be a need to attend the office on average 2-3 days a week to discuss contracts, but this will vary depending on the workload. Our client covers nationally, mainly around the M25, with weekly coordination. Travel will need to be factored in, as the role is autonomous and involves seeing projects through from start to finish, requiring a high level of motivation.
You will work internally alongside logistics, estimating, and accounts, and externally with contractors and clients. Therefore, communication and customer service skills are essential.
The pay for this position is negotiable depending on experience. Our client offers a benefits package and a company vehicle for the successful applicant.
