We partner with over 50 schools and collaborate to enhance their PE and sports programs with a team of more than 100 qualified, high-quality coaches across 10 different sports. Role Description
Rugby Coach roles based in the London and surrounding Area. Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering rugby coaching sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
- Promoting player development and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Working closely with schools to meet their unique needs and support the enhancement of their sports programs.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Rugby Union with experience in playing or coaching.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with young players, teachers, and parents.
- Experience in sports coaching, with a focus on planning and delivering structured training sessions.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to develop their skills and confidence.
- Relevant coaching certifications and/or qualifications (e.g., RFU Level qualifications) are highly desirable.
- A passion for youth sports and promoting positive development through physical activity.
- Successful completion of a background check (DBS or equivalent) is required.
