The core responsibility of an Associate Head of Year is to support the Head of Year in providing pastoral care to students within a specific year group, including effective communication with staff and parents.
Judgemeadow Community College is seeking a committed professional to join its Pastoral team. We value a flexible and versatile team player with strong communication skills who can motivate and inspire our students.
All Associate Heads of Year will undergo DSL training and gain substantial experience working with external agencies supporting students.
