An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident and organised Office Manager to join our school. The role purpose is to provide confidential, effective, efficient and flexible administrative support to the school and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team. The role will also include wider school support within the Trust when required.

The salary is Leicestershire County Council Grade 7 (Points 11-14). This is a 40-week term time role, 37 hours per week.
You will meet the requirements of the person specification, job description including outstanding interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to deal positively and sympathetically with pupils, parents, school staff and Trust colleagues. You will be able to effectively manage and organise the work of a busy office and demonstrate a keen attention to detail, excellent IT skills and experience of data analysis and experience of SIMS or similar databases.
This will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
