An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident and motivated Area Site Manager to join The Lionheart Educational Trust. Reporting to the Estates Hub Manager, the role purpose is to take a leading role in the day-to-day management of the sites and the Premises Team working at them. The provision of high quality, cost effective maintenance, security and cleanliness of all Trust premises and grounds, to ensure that pupils, staff and other users have a comfortable, clean, safe, well maintained environment in which to work or otherwise use the academies and facilities.

To undertake whole Trust responsibilities as directed by the Estates Hub Manager, Head of Estates and Director of Estates. The role will also include wider school support to other premises teams within the trust when required. There will be further opportunities for training within the role and Trust.
