Beauchamp City Sixth Form is committed to continuous learning and all staff are expected to engage in continuing professional learning and development. In common with all who work in the college, the post holder will also be expected to:

  • Challenge behaviour of students that do not meet the Sixth Form expectations and co-ordinate suitable interventions.
  • Practically and effectively contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Student Support Centre and the college as a whole.
  • Reflection Zone, Detention duties, Small group work.
  • Designated safeguarding lead.
  • Focus on the wellbeing and progress of specific year groups.
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities (voluntary) to build good relationships with young people and broaden their informal learning opportunities.

All staff are expected to be familiar with and adhere to all Sixth Form policies and, in particular, meet key requirements in relation to health and safety and teaching and learning.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Progress and Performance Officer to join our dedicated team. To promote and provide an effective progress and performance service to all students and staff to contribute towards outstanding teaching and learning.

This post is designated as a regulated activity and requires enhanced disclosure and criminal records check for a regulated activity (including a barred list check).
