The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Hours: 37 hours per week / 40 weeks per year

We are looking for a PA to the Principal & HR administrator who will provide:

  • A full administrative service to the Principal.
  • Consistent, efficient and effective HR support.
  • A confidential secretarial service to the School Leadership Team.
  • Confidential and effective administrative support within the college.

This is a key post within the school which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach. It requires working closely with Principal and being able to give the Principal requirements first priority. The post therefore calls for the ability to work on one’s own, to use judgement and initiative. The ability to remain calm and controlled under pressures of working in a very demanding and constantly changing environment is also essential.

Key responsibilities:

To provide extensive support for the Principal and the school’s Senior Leadership Team through:

  • Showing an in depth understanding of the needs of the school, the school’s management and the community in all decision making and prioritisation.
  • Fully representing the school and the school’s management in contact with members of the wider community.
  • To ensure a high standard of administrative and management support for the Principal in order to assist in the smooth running of the school.
  • Prioritise, organise and manage the Principal’s workload.
  • To work with the Principal in producing all major school documentation, which sets the framework within which the school operates and establishes standards and good practice.
  • Work closely with the Employee Services team to provide consistent, efficient and effective HR support.
