The Lionheart Educational Trust is a renowned growing family of seventeen schools based in and around Leicestershire and South Derbyshire. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident and organised Office Manager to join our school. The role purpose is to provide confidential, effective, efficient and flexible administrative support to the school and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team. The role will also include wider school support within the Trust when required.

The salary is Leicestershire County Council Grade 7, Points 11-14. Actual Salary is £24,717.00 to £25,927.00 pro rata before deductions (full time equivalent to £26,832.00 to £28,146.00 37 hours per week, 42 working weeks per year.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification, job description including outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to deal positively and sympathetically with pupils, parents, staff and Trust colleagues, ability to effectively organise the work of a busy office and demonstrate a keen attention to detail, excellent IT skills and experience of data analysis and experience of SIMS is essential.

This will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
