JOB REQUIREMENTS
This is a pivotal post within the College which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach. It requires working closely with the staff, students, parents and external agencies. The post therefore, calls for the ability to work on one’s own, to use judgement and initiative. The ability to remain calm and controlled under pressure of working in a very demanding and constantly changing environment.
YOU WILL HAVE
- Experience working with young people.
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Experience of communication with parents on a professional basis.
- A level of numeracy and literacy sufficient to carry out the duties of the post. Specifically: English and Maths – Grade C/5 or equivalent/relevant experience.
HOURS OF WORK AND PAY SCALE
8.00am - 4.00pm (Mon-Thu), 8.00am - 3.30pm (Fri) 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus one week to be worked in agreement with the SLT Attendance Lead) Grade 6 Points 9 - 10 Full Time Equivalent £25,995.00 - £26,409.00 (Actual Salary £22,235.00 - £22,589.00)
