Lionheart Educational Trust is looking for an experienced and forward‐thinking Finance Manager to play a key role in strengthening our financial governance and supporting high‐quality decision‐making across our organisation.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead on financial reporting, VAT compliance, audit coordination, fixed asset management, and provide vital support across areas such as payroll, treasury, and tax. You’ll also produce insightful financial analysis for senior leaders and help drive continuous improvement in our financial processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional (CCAB/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to influence at a senior level. Experience in multi‐entity reporting, financial systems, and audit processes is essential.
