An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident and motivated Premises Officer to join our Trust. To hold responsibility for the supervision, high-quality maintenance, compliance and security of The Old House, ensuring high levels of cleanliness of the building and grounds, to ensure that building users have a comfortable, clean and safe environment in which to work. The post-holder will be a member of the Castle Rock Premises Team, and will also be required to support across the wider site.
The role purpose is to provide high quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school's buildings and grounds, so that all students, staff and users have a comfortable, clean, safe and well-maintained environment to work in. Whilst not essential we would ideally like to recruit an individual that can demonstrate basic DIY skills.
The role will also include wider school support to other premises teams within the trust when required. There will be further opportunities for training within the role and Trust.
