The Lionheart Educational Trust is a family of seventeen schools across Leicestershire and Derbyshire, committed to academic excellence and holistic development. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee four schools—two in Coalville and two in Swadlincote—ensuring efficient use of resources through strategic planning and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal resource utilisation across four schools.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for school operations.
- Manage large, multi‑stakeholder projects.
- Collaborate with school leaders to align operational strategies with educational goals.
- Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in management within an educational setting, preferably as a School Business or Operations Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong IT skills and experience managing complex projects.
- Enhanced DBS check and commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
