IT Transformation Business Analyst

Our exclusive client is looking for somebody with proven senior business analysis experience and exceptional change management for this role. This is a permanent opportunity and offers hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week required working from offices based in Devon.

Your main responsibility as Senior IT Transformation Business Analyst will be to support the delivery of a range of large-scale digital IT projects using a mixture of in-house BAU and consultancy resource. You will provide analysis of projects by defining existing and future state requirements through workshops and other methods, translating requirements into technical specifications, and providing thorough documentation of processes and systems. You will also take some responsibility for budgets and change management, project planning, suppliers & internal stakeholders, training, and coaching.

Essential experience:

• Commercial experience working as a Project Manager with a strong business analysis background or Senior Business Analyst on large-scale, complex IT projects involving multiple business departments
• Confident in managing internal BAU resource for projects as well as consultancy resource when required
• Supporting design and implementation of customer-focussed digital projects
• Change management
• Budget management
• Documentation management
• Working to structured project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Scrum etc
