We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and help deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and support commercial growth.

As a Marketing Executive at Lionel Hitchen, you will play a key role in developing, planning, and executing integrated marketing projects across both digital and traditional channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help transform creative ideas into measurable marketing activities that drive engagement, brand visibility, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Delivery & Multi-Channel Marketing
    • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
    • Support paid media initiatives, including Google Ads.
    • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaign success.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting
    • Write compelling copy for reports, brochures, email campaigns, social media, and web.
    • Collaborate on creative design and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
    • Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
    • Develop and manage social media calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
    • Create and schedule engaging content to grow B2B audiences and build community.
    • Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Website & Digital Management
    • Maintain and optimise website content (WordPress).
    • Coordinate updates with internal teams and external partners.
    • Ensure SEO best practices and consistent user experience.
  • Email Marketing & CRM
    • Create and distribute targeted email campaigns with strong visuals and messaging.
    • Analyse engagement and conversion metrics to inform future activity.
    • Support segmentation and data-led marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs and ROI.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Support general marketing and administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification and/or previous experience in marketing.
  • Strong design skills across Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
  • Proven time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Creativity - must have an artistic flair and a keen eye for detail.
