The Company

Lioncroft Wholesale Limited’s business was formed in 2020 after being bought out from the wider East End Foods’ business.

This wholesale business is a £150m turnover company, stretched across two sites with ambitions to grow rapidly in the next few years.

It operates through having a diverse customer base across thousands of customers and a strong supplier base.

Main Duties

This is a fantastic role, based in one of our Depot’s.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be expected to work both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain business performance targets.

This is a customer facing role and you will be required to ensure excellent customer service while assisting customers.

  • What you’ll be doing

Every day is different, but you'll play an important part in keeping our depot running smoothly by:

  • Receiving and unloading deliveries.
  • Replenishing stock across the warehouse and shop floor.
  • Helping customers find what they need.
  • Checking stock quality and reporting any issues.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.
  • Supporting other areas of the depot whenever required.
  • Keeps work areas safe, tidy and organised.
  • Working across different areas of the depot when required
  • Period of Work
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • 5 days a week with weekend cover
  • Customer facing, Warehouse based in Birmingham (Depots in Aston & Smethwick)
  • Full time permanent position subject to a satisfactory completion of 4-month probationary period.
