Area Build Manager / Contracts Manager

Construction Director
Key Responsibilities
To take full ownership for the delivery of developments within an allocated geographical area by overseeing and supporting our Site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to produce the highest quality homes for our customers, safely, efficiently, professionally within set budgets and to the agreed programme of works.

Health, Safety & Environment
Create a positive team approach to maintaining the highest Health and Safety standards
Comply with responsibilities outlined by Lioncourt Homes Health and Safety Policy and the Health, Safety & Environment Manager (HS & E) ensuring compliance from our site teams and sub-contractors
Assist the HS & E Manager in preparing the Construction Phase Health, Safety and Environmental Plan
Continuous monitoring and supporting of HS&E on developments, providing constructive feedback to each Site team
Be aware of and support the Company\’s commitment to Mental Health Awareness.
