Lioncourt Homes is a multi award-winning Worcester based home builder. Our development at Rushwick is a beautifully designed site of 120 homes which will run for approximately 3 years.
To carry out general production assistance and site labouring duties in order to assist both Lioncourt Homes site team and the various trades on site, as required. This is an active role based on a construction site. There will be the necessity to traverse the site across and around excavations and rubble and work during inclement weather should the need arise. There will, at times, be the necessity to access scaffolding by means of a ladder and work on the scaffolding, or from a ladder.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of materials either into store or across the site. This will involve manual handling of heavy and/or awkward objects.
- Adapting to a variety of tasks which could include cleaning out properties after each trade, mixing mortar, cleaning windows and other general duties as required in order to assist either Lioncourt Homes team or any of the various trades on site.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness for the site welfare amenities, this will include cleaning WC facilities.
- Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Company’s Health & Safety policy.
- Contribute to the safe running of the development.
- Appropriate health and safety certification CSCS card and experience of general Labouring on a construction site is advantageous.
- A willingness to work hard, be reliable, punctual and a good team player is essential.
