Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and driving the building of new homes of the highest quality while providing exemplary customer service and ensuring safety is always paramount.
  • A good understanding and positive, pro-active attitude towards Health and Safety Legislation in relation to construction sites.
  • A thorough understanding of quality requirements in relation to NHBC Standards and what is required at each stage of build to ensure NHBC Reportable Incidents are kept to a minimum.
  • Liaising with customers both Pre and Post Homes Sale acting as a Lioncourt Homes Ambassador.
  • Building a positive team relationship with the site Sales Team regarding program updates, health and safety issues, and Lioncourt Homes 5 Star Customer Satisfaction status.
  • Planning and programming site activities.
  • Site supervision of Assistant Site Manager, Sub-Contract trades, and direct labour to galvanise an excellent team ethos to achieve high quality standards.
  • Material ordering and reconciliation, ensuring timely delivery of material requirements in line with build programs and maintaining sensible/manageable stock levels.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Having an excellent understanding of construction drawings.
  • Liaison with statutory bodies and design team members.
  • Understanding of cost and the commercial implications of site-based decisions.
  • Support and liaison with other site and/or office-based colleagues including Area Build Managers, Commercial Surveyors, Design Co-Ordinators, and Engineers.
