We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our agency team. As a Digital Account Director, your main duty will be to develop and manage client relations, handle escalations, upgrade opportunities and ensure optimal performance and experience.
Responsibilities
- Account direction and management including setting client expectations, project plans, budgeting and forecasting, and overseeing quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Communicating with customers on an ongoing basis to provide support.
- Communicating with clients to share progress reports.
- Develop best-in-class digital marketing solutions for clients based on their goals and objectives.
- Driving and delivering flawless client service by maintaining exceptional relationships with key decision makers.
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
Requirements
- We’re looking for a self-motivated, high integrity individual who has an interest in digital marketing and the desire to help businesses succeed.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience (working with cross-functional teams is a plus).
- A solid understanding of the dynamic digital marketing industry.
- An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude.
- Very strong customer service orientation.
- Project management experience preferred.
