The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years of B2B solution sales experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SaaS, Web-based marketing services) to the SME market. This is a junior role, we’re looking for a true hunter, someone hungry, extremely self-motivated whose focus is to generate new business and earning commissions before progressing to a new position.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively create opportunities and drive revenue (90% phone based role)
  • Manage and own the complete solution sales cycle – Book your own meetings, conduct them and secure new business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets & KPI’s
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting with our CRM

Requirements:

  • We’re looking for a self-motivated, high integrity individual who has an interest in digital marketing and the desire to help businesses succeed.
  • Above the line behaviour, no excuses
  • Goal-oriented and a desire to exceed expectations
  • Track record of sales excellence, meeting targets & KPI’s
  • Native or fluent English is absolutely fundamental
  • Exceptional organisation, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Tenacious with the ability to weather rejection
  • Engaging, confident and convincing
