We are looking for a commercially driven Ecommerce Merchandiser to own and optimise the online shopping experience for Linzi. This role is responsible for how products are presented, discovered, and prioritised across the website and app, ensuring the site is commercially optimised to maximise conversion, revenue, and sell-through.

You will sit at the heart of trading decisions, working closely with Buying, CRM, and Marketing to ensure the right products are always visible at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Merchandising & Product Visibility: Own the merchandising of the website and app, ensuring products are easy to browse, discover, and shop across a large catalogue. Structure and optimise categories, collections, and navigation to maximise product visibility and sales. Ensure key trading priorities are reflected across all onsite placements.
  • Trading & Performance Optimisation: Monitor product performance daily/weekly to identify opportunities to improve sell-through. Analyse best and worst-performing products and provide clear recommendations in trade meetings. Work closely with Buying and CRM to improve performance through visibility, pricing, and product presentation.
  • On-Site Search & Product Discovery: Optimise onsite search to ensure customers are shown the most relevant and high-performing products. Refine search terms, filters, and product ranking logic to improve discovery and conversion. Continuously improve the customer journey from search to product page.
  • Homepage & On-Site Strategy: Own homepage merchandising, ensuring key products, campaigns, and trends are clearly prioritised. Align onsite product focus with CRM, campaigns, and wider marketing activity to ensure consistency. Ensure the website reflects current trading priorities and commercial goals.
  • Trend & Range Management: Stay ahead of footwear and fashion trends to ensure relevant collections are surfaced onsite. Build and maintain trend-led product edits and seasonal collections. Ensure the site reflects both current demand and upcoming seasonal opportunities.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve onsite performance. Use insights to inform merchandising decisions and product positioning.
  • Site Maintenance & Product Launches: Oversee product launches onsite, ensuring products are correctly categorised, filtered, and visible at launch. Maintain site navigation, filters, and collections to ensure accuracy and commercial alignment.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in Ecommerce Merchandising, Digital Merchandising, or Ecommerce Trading.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action.
  • Experience working with large product catalogues (fashion or footwear preferred).
  • Understanding of onsite search, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Buying, CRM, and Marketing teams.
