We are looking for a commercially minded Merchandising Executive to support the day‑to‑day trading performance of Linzi across Linzi.com and key marketplaces. This role focuses on monitoring stock performance, maintaining availability of strong‑selling styles, identifying risks early, and supporting buying and trading decisions through clear data analysis. The position plays a key role in ensuring sales opportunities are not lost due to stock gaps while helping manage overstock risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trading & Stock Monitoring
    • Review performance across all styles.
    • Track weeks of cover and flag replenishment requirements early.
    • Highlight steady sellers to ensure continued availability.
    • Monitor sell‑through and identify potential lost sales caused by stock shortages.
    • Ensure key styles remain available at full price where demand supports it.
  • Size & Availability Management
    • Monitor size runs to prevent gaps that reduce conversion.
    • Identify fast‑selling sizes and flag ordering improvements.
    • Highlight patterns in size demand to support future buying decisions.
    • Help maintain clean and complete size availability online.
  • Marketplace Trading (Next & Other Platforms)
    • Monitor product performance on marketplaces and Linzi.com.
    • Ensure strong marketplace sellers maintain sufficient stock cover.
    • Support stock transfers between Linzi warehouse and marketplaces when required.
    • Identify opportunities where Linzi stock can be utilised to drive marketplace sales.
    • Review whether stock uploads and replenishment actions improve performance.
    • Support forecasting by analysing current sales trends.
    • Work ahead of supplier lead times to flag reorder risks.
    • Highlight when stock levels appear healthy but represent low weeks of cover.
    • Support repeat orders and replenishment decisions with data insights.
  • Markdown & Stock Health
    • Flag slow sellers early before they become aged stock.
    • Support markdown and promotional planning discussions.
    • Highlight strong full‑price sellers that should avoid early discounting.
    • Assist with clearance and exit planning.
  • Seasonal & Commercial Support
    • Assist with intake tracking and seasonal stock planning.
    • Support buying budgets and Open‑to‑Buy monitoring.
    • Analyse performance by category, price point and product type.
    • Identify trends across shapes, heel heights, materials and price points.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in merchandising, ecommerce or trading analysis.
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in fashion retail.
  • Comfortable working with sales and stock data daily.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
