Linzi is a fast-paced, fashion-forward footwear brand designing stylish, affordable shoes in-house and producing them in our own factories. As we grow our e-commerce channels, we\’re looking for a Marketplace Merchandiser to help drive performance across our third-party platforms.

The Role

As Marketplace Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing stock, listings, and trading performance across all third-party marketplaces. You’ll work closely with the buying, e-commerce, and warehouse teams to ensure products are launched on time, stock is optimised, and sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across all marketplace platforms.
• Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and imagery are uploaded in line with brand standards
• Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
• Optimise listings to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance
• Analyse sales reports and trading data to identify opportunities and take action
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch
• Collaborate with buying and e-commerce to align seasonal launches and stock availability
• Support with onboarding new marketplace platforms or integrations

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a merchandising
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• Confident working with stock systems and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, pivot tables, google sheets, shopify and Mirakl)
• Commercially minded with an understanding of product lifecycle and trading performance
• Positive attitude and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
