Linzi Shoes is a UK-based fashion footwear brand known for stylish, high-quality shoes that our customers love. We are taking a major step forward with our social media presence and are seeking a creative and detail-oriented content creator to assist the Social Media Team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera, and can create engaging content that drives reach, engagement and sales. You'll work closely with the Social Media & Content Manager to bring the Linzi Shoes brand to life across our social channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, film, edit and schedule high-quality video content and imagery for social posts, Reels, TikTok, and paid social ads.
  • Ensure content includes strong hooks and is optimised for engagement and platform performance.
  • Generate creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives, campaigns and social media trends.
  • Participate in weekly content planning and brainstorming sessions, come with ideas of what is trending that week.
  • Attend and contribute to content shoots & events including filming, styling and on‑camera participation where required.
  • Create and edit multiple pieces of short‑form content each week while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Assist in achieving social media growth, engagement and content performance objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and emerging content formats.
  • Understand the difference in content strategy between TikTok and Instagram and tailor content accordingly.
  • Support the Social Media & Content Manager with day‑to‑day content and social media tasks.
  • Organise and maintain content assets and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Ensure all videography, editing, and imagery is top‑tier and showcases the premium quality of Linzi Shoes.

Requirements for the role:

  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, with proven social media skills and enthusiasm.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing top‑quality videography and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva or ideally Adobe software, a proven ability in graphic design, as well as proven ability to use an iPhone camera and professional camera.
  • Proven proficiency in Capcut, Instagram edits, TikTok.
  • Ability to write captions and captivating hooks.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the algorithm.
  • Familiarity with the production processes, including assisting in content shoots.
  • Computer literate.
  • Hardworking and reliable.
  • Organised.
  • Forward thinking and uses initiative.
  • Fashion-forward, stylish, and confident presenting yourself and the brand.
  • Passionate about shoes and fashion trends.
  • Quick‑thinking, creative, and able to generate ideas on the spot.
  • Produce a consistent volume of high‑quality content each week.
  • Meet agreed content deadlines and campaign schedules.
  • Support achievement of engagement, reach and growth targets across social platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:00pm
