Linzi is looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy and execution. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability across all paid marketing channels, whilst ensuring advertising spend is aligned with wider business objectives. Reporting into the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across Meta, Google and TikTok, with future expansion into Pinterest and other platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will personally build, launch, analyse and optimise campaigns whilst working closely with our creative, e-commerce and inventory teams to maximise performance. You will be responsible for managing significant advertising budgets, identifying growth opportunities, scaling customer acquisition and delivering measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage the paid media strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok and more.
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across all paid acquisition channels.
- Execute and optimise Google Performance Max, Shopping, Search and Remarketing campaigns.
- Continuously monitor performance and make real-time optimisation decisions to maximise profitability.
- Identify opportunities to scale spend whilst maintaining efficiency targets.
- Develop audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audiences and customer segmentation.
- Data Analysis & Attribution
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance across all channels.
- Report on key business metrics including NC-CPA, ROAS, POAS, MER, CAC and customer acquisition trends.
- Utilise Triple Whale attribution models to guide budget allocation and scaling decisions.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
- Produce regular reports and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Make data-driven recommendations to support business growth.
- Creative Performance & Testing
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Identify emerging creative trends within the fashion and footwear sector.
- Write compelling ad copy, hooks and calls-to-action.
- Develop and manage structured testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
- Continuously review creative performance and provide feedback to improve results.
- Build a pipeline of new creative concepts to support scaling initiatives.
- Budget Management & Forecasting
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across channels.
- Scale budgets up or down based on performance and business objectives.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly spend forecasts.
- Monitor profitability and efficiency across all paid activity.
- Ensure marketing investment delivers strong commercial returns.
- Inventory & Commercial Alignment
- Work closely with inventory, buying and e-commerce teams to align advertising activity with stock availability.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
- Prioritise investment towards key product categories and commercial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue from new arrivals and best-selling collections.
- Technical Management
- Manage all technical aspects of paid media including tracking, attribution and feed management.
- Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Centre.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across all platforms.
- Work with external partners where required to support tracking and platform developments.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing paid media campaigns within an e-commerce, retail, fashion or DTC business.
- Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre and GA4.
- Experience using Triple Whale or similar attribution platforms.
- Advanced understanding of audience targeting, campaign structures, bidding strategies and conversion optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience developing creative testing frameworks and performance-focused advertising campaigns.
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of profitability, contribution margin and customer lifetime value.
- Experience with Shopify is essential.
- Experience with Klaviyo is preferred but not required.
- Experience managing TikTok Ads is essential.
- Pinterest Ads experience is desirable.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations.
