As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Junior Footwear Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Buying Team to design and develop new footwear styles and bring them to life.
- Continuously research trends online and carry out comparative shopping on a weekly basis.
- Design footwear samples from concept to completion, including style, fabrics, and upper design.
- Create detailed design specifications and submit sample requests to factories.
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties required by the head of buying.
- Innovative, creative, and forward-thinking.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (essential for product design).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy buying office.
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel and good numeracy skills.
