Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team in the UK. Reporting onto the Global Recruitment Manager, this individual will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to Linxon, focusing on sourcing candidates for technical and strategic positions that align with our project needs and organizational values.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, industry networks, and recruitment events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the T&D, utilities, or related industries.
  • Understanding of roles: Within the transmission and distribution field, with the ability to assess technical expertise and project experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
