What will you do?

  • Lead and manage the quality team to align with company goals and standards.
  • Design and implement quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the IMS.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedural changes and compliance reports.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance, including KPIs and non-conformities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
