Are you passionate about creating a safe and sustainable work environment? We are looking for a dedicated Lead Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team and lead our HSE programs and practices in the UK.

What will you do?

  • Apply HSE risk identification and controls across Linxon operations.
  • Drive behavioral change to improve HSE performance through initiatives and training.
  • Develop and maintain sustainability and environmental mitigation measures.
  • Ensure operational sites update SWMP and utility usage monthly.
  • Interface with headquarters, site staff, and subcontractors on environmental compliance.
  • Create and maintain tender and project documentation, including CPP.
  • Monitor compliance with Linxon HSE management system and related legislation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely action closure.
  • Provide HSE guidance, advice, and support.
  • Investigate accidents and serious incidents, report findings, and implement preventive actions.
  • Ensure Linxon BMS compliance with ISO standards and update for good practices.
  • Input data into Blue Sky (Incident Database) as required.

Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of general HSE regulatory requirements.
  • Environmental experience.
  • Incident Investigation experience.

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Diploma – required.
  • IEMA Certificate – preferred.
