Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive HSE governance within the project.
  • Monitor subcontractor activities continuously.
  • Review risk assessments and method statements with site management.
  • Attend HSE meetings and provide guidance.
  • Engage with the wider HSE function to promote teamwork.
  • Provide assurances to the HSE manager for effective safety management on site.

Qualifications:

  • HSE professional experience, particularly in HV substation roles.
  • Thorough understanding of CDM and Civil/M&E installation documentation.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong safety focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Graduate Member of IOSH preferred.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or Graduate Qualified.
