Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive HSE governance within the project.
- Monitor subcontractor activities continuously.
- Review risk assessments and method statements with site management.
- Attend HSE meetings and provide guidance.
- Engage with the wider HSE function to promote teamwork.
- Provide assurances to the HSE manager for effective safety management on site.
Qualifications:
- HSE professional experience, particularly in HV substation roles.
- Thorough understanding of CDM and Civil/M&E installation documentation.
- Experience in high-pressure environments.
- Strong safety focus and excellent communication skills.
- Graduate Member of IOSH preferred.
- NEBOSH Certificate or Graduate Qualified.
