Linxon is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead and shape our contract management strategy across international projects, including high-voltage electrical substations and infrastructure developments.

Role Overview

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contract management activities across our global portfolio. You will ensure compliance with internal frameworks and external regulations, drive continuous improvement, and provide expert guidance on complex contractual matters. This is a high-impact role that requires deep expertise in contract strategy, negotiation, and risk management.

What will you do?

  • Ensure all contract management activities align with Linxon's Contract Management Framework and global directives.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic contract opportunities with significant corporate impact.
  • Design and execute continuous improvement programs within the contract management function.
  • Provide expert support in contract negotiations, including long-term supply agreements and business alliances.
  • Guide cross-functional teams on contract-related matters and mentor junior professionals.
  • Review and advise on commercial and technical tender terms and conditions.
  • Develop contract strategies considering risk, pricing, scope, and schedule.
  • Identify and manage contract baselines and potential risks.
  • Ensure accurate execution of commercial aspects such as payments, claims, and warranties.
  • Lead contract closeout processes and document lessons learned.
  • Enforce change management methodologies and defend Linxon's contractual interests.
  • Support legal teams in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration.
  • Draft and review purchase orders, contracts, and subcontracts with appropriate terms.
  • Analyze contract terms to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinate with Insurance Risk Management and ensure compliance with insurance provisions.
  • Ensure export control compliance in collaboration with Legal.

Required Qualifications And Experience

  • Proven background in construction and HV electrical substation projects.
  • Experience as contract manager managing National Grid different type of contracts.
  • Experience working on international projects in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial and analytical aspects of contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
