Linxon in Didcot is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site team on a 400kV substation project delivered under NEC 4 Option C. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will help manage costs, contracts, and commercial performance to ensure value and on-time delivery.
You will monitor costs, prepare forecasts, handle subcontractor payments, administer the NEC contract, manage compensation events, and produce CVRs and financial updates for stakeholders.
