The Opportunity

Linx Printing Technologies, a Veralto company, specializes in industrial CIJ printing equipment for product coding across manufacturing sectors. The Principal Mechanical Engineer will focus on designing next-generation printers, managing projects, and leading a mechanical team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate product development using industrial design and mass production techniques.
• Manage and motivate the mechanical team, fostering technical competence.
• Ensure project KPIs are met, including design reviews and validation programs.
• Collaborate across departments to meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
• Improve systems and processes, developing new technologies and tools.
• Serve as the technical authority on mechanical engineering and safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on Principal Mechanical Engineer with team leadership experience, skilled in industrial components and products.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, system integration, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, and familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Windchill.
• Collaborative, disciplined, and committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
