Field Service Engineer – Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Preston
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of our full range of coding and marking products available in the UK.
Typical Day
- Respond to breakdowns on customer sites, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Handle field service calls professionally and timely.
- Travel daily to customers within your allocated region and beyond when required.
- Occasionally travel overnight away from home.
Essential Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a technical/engineering customer service or field service role.
- Proven track record in a field service capacity within a customer-focused environment, with problem-solving experience in electronics/electro-mechanical or a related discipline.
- A full UK driving licence.
