Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the quality vision and roadmap.
- Lead and develop the quality team.
- Set supplier quality standards and conduct audits.
- Drive supplier improvement to reduce defects.
- Oversee quality controls in production and improve pass rates.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Launch initiatives to reduce field failures and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Use customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Operations to embed quality in the product lifecycle.
- Support new product launches with proactive quality planning.
- Promote Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field is desired but not essential.
- Extensive experience in quality roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean (VES) and statistical process control.
- Proven track record in leadership and development of high‑performing teams.
- Availability to work onsite from our office in St Ives.
