About The Role The Mechanical Engineering Manager is an outstanding opportunity to: Lead and manage the Linx Mechanical team of four people, in all aspects of people and technical development. We are looking for an outstanding people leader and Mechanical Engineer who will develop the team, strengthen engineering discipline, and drive ownership, accountability and high-quality delivery. This is a professional, hands‑on technical role, focused on engineering excellence, predictable delivery, adherence to process, product quality and tollgate compliance, whilst defining and owning the continuous improvements of the mechanical processes, including KPIs, FMEAs, design reviews and verification. In this role, the Mechanical Engineering Manager will work across Linx to develop and maintain the next generation of printers.
