Linx Printing Technologies (a Veralto company) is looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, service, repair and maintain coding and marking products across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Respond to breakdowns on customer sites; perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to keep products operating to required standards.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication, implementing corrective actions.
- Handle field service calls and issues professionally.
- Travel daily to customer sites across the Midlands and further afield; occasional nights away from home may be required.
Qualifications
- At least two years' experience in a technical/engineering customer service or field service role.
- Proven track record working in field service within a customer-focused environment with problem-solving experience in electronics or electro-mechanical disciplines.
- Full UK driving licence.
