We're seeking a Fluids Plant Production Associate to support the safe, accurate, and efficient manufacture of printing fluids at our St Ives facility.

In this role, you'll contribute directly to the mixing, filling, and labelling of fluid products — ensuring every batch meets Linx's quality and safety standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or build a hands‑on manufacturing career within a globally recognised organisation, gaining real‑world plant experience from day one.

You'll work closely with the production team, quality assurance colleagues, and warehouse staff to meet daily production targets safely and on time.

Success in this role means consistently delivering right‑first‑time batches, maintaining a clean and well‑organised workspace, and demonstrating reliable, safe working practices within your first 12–18 months.
