We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our HR and Recruitment team as an Administration Assistant on a part‑time basis. The role will be to support our busy, friendly and supportive team with key administrative tasks to help deliver an efficient, effective and compliant service. The successful candidate will work at our Linwood Campus, under the day‑to‑day direction of our Recruitment Officer, but will be part of and support the wider HR team. This role will be fully office based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for email and phone enquiries, efficiently passing the requests through to the appropriate person to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Carry out routine administrative and ICT tasks as required, including drafting correspondence and responding to emails.
  • Undertake routine administration support such as photocopying, filing and e‑mailing.
  • Obtain professional references and conduct follow‑up telephone calls verification of all references received.
  • Where required, take personal information, and accurately record and process the transaction, in line with the school’s procedures and ensure we adhere to GDPR criteria.
  • Where interviews or meetings include the set-up of rooms and facilities, book and arrange as directed.
