- Proven experience in events or sales β Preferably within hospitality or venues.
- Excellent communication skills β Friendly, professional, and confident with clients.
- Strong commercial awareness β Able to grow revenue, convert enquiries, and maximise opportunities.
- Organisation & planning β A natural multi-tasker with great attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Wedding and Events Manager, you'll oversee and grow the full events operation at The Wellington Arms:
- Lead all event enquiries β Respond promptly, professionally, and personably.
- Manage the full booking process β From first contact to post-event follow-up.
- Build guest relationships β Understanding each client's vision and delivering it with care.
- Produce detailed event plans β Including function sheets and timelines for the wider team.
- Coordinate with kitchen & FOH teams β Ensuring seamless communication and smooth execution.
- Deliver exceptional events β Weddings, private dining, meetings, celebrations, and more.
- Drive sales growth β Develop partnerships, attract new clients, and increase repeat business.
- Monitor performance β Track revenue, budgets, and guest feedback to support continuous improvement.
