Overview

Join a team rewriting the rules of observability. A platform at the bleeding edge, empowering businesses to understand and act on their data through better observability, all in real time. Innovation removes the need for unnecessary indexing, cutting costs and complexity. Truly end to end, the platform encompasses everything; from logs to metrics, traces to security events all with a cost reduction of up to 70%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the post‑sales journey, guiding customers from onboarding through to becoming platform believers.
  • Engage and manage product interactions with software engineers to the C‑suite, building lasting relationships and unlocking maximum value from data.
  • Onboard complex systems, tackle integration challenges, and lead technical sessions showcasing the product.

Qualifications

  • Seasoned, technically minded TAM with deep experience in Cloud native tooling.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, DataDog, or Splunk.
  • Proficient at troubleshooting containerised environments.
  • Strong communications skills and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
