A scaling technology company, changing the game, needs an experienced Product Manager. You.

The business provides a modern, full stack observability platform that\’s helping organisations process and understand their data in real time. Its unique architecture enables real time monitoring and incident response whilst allowing customers to reduce their spend.

You will play a central role in defining and delivering the observability layer that underpins client infrastructure. This includes monitoring databases, cloud services, distributed systems such as Kafka, and Kubernetes environments. The position is cross-functional and will involve close collaboration with research and development teams, engineers, designers, and customer stakeholders. Your people person skills and ability to communicate cross functionally will help you here.

You will manage the full product lifecycle from research through to execution, involving understanding customer and business needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and shaping a roadmap. This roadmap will balance short term priorities with long term vision. A key part of the role will also be interacting with customers and partners to gather insights and communicate product direction.

Ideally you have good experience within technology, with three or more of those years spent in product management or a closely related technical product role. A strong technical background is important, whilst not needing to be hands on now, stemming from this background will benefit you as you understand complex technical details. A deep conceptual understanding of cloud provider services, Kubernetes, infrastructure monitoring, and observability principles will be needed to successfully carry out the role.

You can communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and in person, with the ability to build alignment across teams and with clients. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and the discipline to prioritise among competing demands are also crucial.

This is a chance to join an ambitious organisation at a pivotal stage in its growth and to play a defining role in shaping the infrastructure monitoring capabilities of a platform that is already helping enterprises worldwide transform how they observe and secure their systems. You’ll work with talented individuals, having real ownership as the company drives forward to the next level. You’ll have access to a range of benefits, including stock options, and an environment where you can always be learning.
