The organisation works in autonomous, cross functional squads and you would oversee several of these squads. You’ll drive agile ways of working and use your influence to guide your squads to deliver and contribute to the projects and product success.You would use your strong problem solving skills, keen eye for detail and innovative thinking to lead the collaboration across squads to fix and enhance problems and features. You would utilise your background in cloud native software development with Python and any of the associated frameworks or libraries. Other useful skills include Terraform for deployments and gitlab for CI/CD.
