This is a fast-growing Cybersecurity, SaaS company that is rebuilding its platform for scale and reliability. They power identity and network access for organisations around the world and are now investing heavily in modernising their infrastructure. They are profitable, engineering led and moving fast.
We are growing the entire engineering function and right now the focus is for a Lead SRE & Platform Engineer to take ownership of reliability, performance and platform direction. You will set the roadmap, shape how the platform evolves and build the team around you. There is a clear path for this to grow into a Head of role as the function matures.
You will be hands on. You will influence architecture, raise the bar on operational excellence and lead a major shift from a legacy setup into a modern Kubernetes environment. Everything runs in AWS and there is a big focus on automation, observability and running things properly at scale.
