We are currently seeking a Java Developer with SME expertise to joinan up-and-coming fintech team.
The team themselves have whilst not being around for a long time already produced some fantastic work having been listed as a B certified corporation.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all back-end duties, liaising with senior members of other teams, and working in alignment with the Head of Technology.
In addition to pure development, the ideal candidate should be able to think holistically about the Nsystem's environment and help establish and maintain infrastructure to support clients' systems, thereby impacting the business.
Ideally, the role requires a minimum of five years of experience as a Software Developer; however, if you have extensive experience working as a developer in finance but lack the full five years of experience, you are still encouraged to apply.
The position also requires upskilling junior team members through mentoring and paired programming, and it presents an opportunity for you to develop leadership skills while driving the many exciting projects they have on.
The team's collaborative nature calls for a hybrid working model, with a requirement for two days in the office, while offering flexibility in start and finish times.
In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a bonus of up to 15%, life assurance of up to four times your salary, and shares after a year of service.
