This fundamentally different approach stems from years of scientific research and a series of breakthroughs in simulation, robotics and machine learning. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the infrastructure that powers the AI training. This is not a conventional infrastructure role. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, distributed systems, cloud computing, and robotics, building the platforms that enable cutting‑edge research to become production‑ready technology. You may need to build a platform no one else has before.
- Design and scale the systems that support large‑scale model training, improve the efficiency of distributed workloads, and develop the tooling that enables researchers to experiment rapidly and deploy new ideas with confidence. You will become a part of the founding team, helping to solve some of the most challenging engineering problems in modern AI and influencing the technical direction of the company from an early stage.
Qualifications
- Engineers may come with experience building high‑performance infrastructure for machine learning or other compute‑intensive workloads. You may have worked in AI infrastructure, platform engineering, high‑performance computing, or a related field. Experience with distributed training, GPU orchestration, cloud infrastructure, modern deep learning frameworks, and production software engineering will be valuable, although we care far more about your ability to solve complex technical problems than the title on your CV.
