Field CTO (AI Security) in London

This is a highly technical leadership position where you'll become a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest organisations as they navigate the challenges of securing AI applications, models, agents, and workflows.

You'll work directly with customers, but you'll also have a meaningful voice internally, influencing product direction, shaping strategy, and helping engineering teams understand the realities of the market.

One day you might be helping a global enterprise unpack the security implications of an AI deployment.

The next, you'll be collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape new capabilities, building technical demonstrations, or helping define the future roadmap.

The role sits within a specialist team made up of individuals who combine deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills.

Think former engineers, architects, security specialists, and product leaders who enjoy solving difficult problems and aren't afraid to get hands-on when needed.

You’ll likely bring a combination of the following

• A senior leadership background within a cybersecurity vendor
• Experience as a Field CTO, leader in Solution or Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, software engineering, or modern security architecture
• The ability to engage equally well with CISOs, security architects, engineering leaders, and product teams
• A track record of translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes
• Genuine curiosity about the rapidly evolving AI security landscape

Most importantly, you'll enjoy being the person people turn to when the questions get difficult.
