You’re now an established engineer, stepping up and leading projects. Your vision and strategy allows the delivery of large scale cloud platforms, following the principles of high availability, scalability and security. You’re embedded within your solution, hands on, setting the standard and the team loves working with you. You support and empower them, allowing them to grow in their careers.
As the technical lead on projects, you will shape the strategic vision and execution of building and scaling AWS cloud environments. Leveraging your expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, you’ll build secure, scalable solutions and streamlined CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins. You’ll drive technical direction for large-scale containerisation projects, leading the adoption of Kubernetes and solving complex challenges.
Your role will include making key architectural and engineering decisions aligned with business goals, optimising performance, and mentoring the engineering team to ensure best practices. Through your leadership, you’ll drive technical excellence and shape the success of transformative initiatives, delivering projects. You\’ll watch as other engineers flourish, using the knowledge you have given them to take their own careers to new heights.
