You’re a Kubernetes expert, confident designing, deploying, managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes. Ensuring the seamless orchestration and subsequent scalability of relevant applications is second nature.

You’re confident with differing deployment strategies; Helm, GitOps, self-hosted or managed services - assessing what is the best way to achieve the required goal. You have good experience of service mesh, be that Linkerd, Istio, consul or other.

You’ll work on complex Kubernetes infrastructure at scale, in a microservices containerised environment. Work will see you optimising containerised applications for performance, scalability, and reliability while developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. You will monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring uptime and efficiency, implementing security and setting the best practices.

In addition to the Kubernetes work, you’ll utilise infrastructure as code - Terraform, Cloudformation, Pulumi or Bicep, depending on the best tool for the job. Automation is paramount, with a scripting key. Knowledge of Linux is needed as complex on-premise to cloud migration work could be required.

You’ll be able to train, with courses, conferences and certifications funded - chance to be a fully funded Kubestronaut!
