Job Description
Founding Product Designer / Frontend Engineer | B2B UX Expert | Stealth AI Start-up
London – Onsite | Equity Included
A stealth-stage, AI-native start-up — backed by Creandum (investors in Spotify, Klarna, Neo4j, Depop) — is rethinking how businesses interact with complex data and AI workflows. With early customer adoption, increasing demand, and a fast-growing team, they’re now looking for someone who lives at the intersection of UX design and front-end development to help define the face of the product.
This team is building an LLM-leveraged solution designed for high-value B2B users. It's already in use — and now needs a thoughtful, inventive product and UI/UX expert to make it not just powerful, but deeply usable.
What You’ll Own
- Lead the UX strategy and frontend execution for a product that blends AI complexity with business-critical clarity
- Translate user workflows into intuitive, clean interfaces with real-world utility
- Build and iterate on the frontend in React, TypeScript, and modern web tooling
- Partner with AI engineers, founders, and customers to shape every part of the product’s user experience
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have designed and built B2B user interfaces, particularly for technical or data-heavy tools
- Are fluent in UX research, prototyping, and frontend development
- Care deeply about user feedback, elegant interaction design, and system clarity
- Are excited to work onsite in London, collaborating daily with a team solving hard technical problems
- Want to shape a product from first principles — and have real equity in what you’re building
This is a rare role where your design sensibility and technical skill will both be core to the product’s success. You’ll help define how people interact with advanced agentic AI — and make that experience simple, powerful, and beautiful.
